Roasted Brussels Sprouts

A quick and easy way to add a side of veggies to a meal.

Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 2 t rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Trim Brussels sprouts and halve
  3. Toss sprouts with half the rosemary, salt, and pepper
  4. Mince the garlic then mix with remaining half of rosemary, salt and pepper. Set aside
  5. Roast the sprouts on a baking sheet with parchment paper for 10 minutes
  6. Mix them up, add in the remaining seasoning, then roast for another 10 minutes
